Who We Are
Parton and Edwards Construction has been a leader in construction in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles County since 1984. Founded by partners Lindsay Parton and Mark Edwards, our mission is to provide our customers with an extremely high quality of construction at a very competitive price.
Working in cooperation with many talented professionals, we have completed numerous residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Our experience has provided us with a solid working knowledge of community agencies, processes, and environmental needs. We have learned to appreciate and sustain the delicate balance between the various concerns of owners, contractors, and governmental agencies, which is required to bring a project to successful completion.
